1. Service Definition

NEUTAUR ("the Service") is a data intelligence service that analyzes publicly available physical metrics — EPA TRI, SEC EDGAR, and real-time grid load data — to provide supply chain and industrial intelligence to subscribers.

2. Not an Investment Adviser ⚠️

NEUTAUR is not an Investment Adviser. The Service is explicitly excluded from the definition of "investment adviser" under §202(a)(11) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. The Service does not provide any buy/sell/hold recommendations or investment advice. All content is provided for informational purposes only regarding publicly available physical data. Users are solely responsible for all investment decisions based on the information presented through the Service.

3. Account Registration

  • Sign-up via email + password or Google OAuth (must be age 14 or older)
  • One account per person policy (multi-account detection results in immediate suspension)
  • Obligation to maintain accurate account information (false information may result in service restriction)

4. Subscription and Billing

  • 3-tier subscription model — Tri / Pro / Premium (see Pricing page)
  • Payment processing — Stripe, Inc. (PCI-DSS Level 1)
  • Auto-renewal — monthly / yearly until subscription cancellation
  • 7-day free trial — full Tri features without card registration, automatic suspension upon expiration (no charge)

5. Refund Policy

Compliant with Korean e-Commerce Act — 100% refund available within 7 days of payment (refund may be restricted for immediately-consumed digital content). Detailed refund SOP will be filed after public beta.

6. Data Accuracy and Disclaimer

The Service analyzes publicly available physical data (EPA TRI, SEC EDGAR, grid load), but does NOT warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of source data. All data is provided "as-is" and users assume all responsibility for decisions made based on it.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, UI, logos, and trademarks of the Service are the property of Neutaur, Inc. or Efdent Corp. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, with exclusive jurisdiction in the State Courts of Delaware. For users residing in the Republic of Korea, statutory consumer protection rights under the Framework Act on Consumers and the e-Commerce Act of Korea are separately preserved.
