Are you a registered investment adviser?
No. NEUTAUR is a data-analytics tool, not an investment adviser. We organize public physical and trade data and present it as facts, next to each company’s own filings — no buy, sell, or hold calls. Every decision stays yours. (SEC §202(a)(11).)
What does NEUTAUR actually do?
We read public, structural data — customs trade, SEC filings, patents, materials, and macro feeds — for an industry, and show which way the evidence points. Not opinions, not forecasts: the public record, organized.
Do you predict prices or returns?
No. We place past and current facts side by side — physical activity next to a company’s own numbers. What it means for a stock is your call.
Where does your data come from?
Official public sources only: SEC EDGAR filings, U.S. customs and UN Comtrade trade data, USPTO patents, USGS materials, macro feeds (Census, FRED, BLS), and foreign regulators (EDINET, DART). No rumors, no news sentiment.
Can you track pure-software or SaaS companies?
They leave little physical trail (customs, facilities, patents), so coverage is thin there. We’d rather show an honest blank than a number we can’t measure. Coverage is richest for hardware, semiconductors, manufacturing, energy, and logistics.
A company I follow isn’t covered — can you add it?
Yes. Use the Request coverage tab below. Every request also tells us which names to prioritize next.
How is a company sorted into an industry?
From its own public filings (SEC segment revenue, or a model reading the 10-K with a verbatim quote). It’s an estimate, and we label it as one.
Which data source matters most?
None on its own. A read only stands out when several independent public sources point the same way, so any single outage can’t move the result.
What does it cost?

Yes — add, remove, or swap names whenever you like. The only limit is how many you can hold at once: 10 on Pro.
